At Koreabe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your K-beauty journey. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
